How long does it take to kick in?

Most people feel the effects in 15-30 minutes. Our nano-emulsified formula absorbs faster than edibles, and immediately disperses evenly throughout your drink, giving you a buildable, balanced lift —  not a delayed surprise.

How many snaps should I use?

Start with one Hi-Snap (5mg THC + 5mg CBD) stirred into your drink of choice and see how you feel after 15-30 minutes. Drinking half your drink will be 2.5mg if you want to start slowly, you can always build gradually from there. 

What’s the difference between THC and CBD? And why both?

THC brings the buzz and laughter. CBD keeps it balanced and calm. Together, they create a light, bright high.

What is Delta-9 THC?

It’s the classic compound that makes cannabis… cannabis. Ours is naturally extracted hemp-derived Delta-9 THC which accounts for no more than 0.3% of the net weight of the product.

What kind of high will I get?

Are you sure this is legal?

Yes! Hi Snaps is made with USA grown hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, compliant with federal law and third-party lab-tested for safety. Our extracts are gluten free, Kosher certified and Halal certified. Some states have restrictions, so check your local rules before ordering.

What the heck is nano-emulsion?

Nano-emulsion is how we turn THC and CBD into tiny, water-friendly droplets so they mix seamlessly into your drink—and hit faster. No floaty oil, no weird taste, just smooth, consistent vibes in every snap.

Can I add Hi-Snaps to alcoholic beverages?

You can, but go slow. THC and alcohol amplify each other — snap responsibly.

Will this make my drink taste or smell like weed?

Nope. Our Unflavored Hi-Snaps have a hint of sweet and nothing bitter, so your drink tastes exactly how you want it.

What about hot drinks?

Warm drinks, yes! Try it in your tea or coffee for a warm way to relax. 

Do you ship to my state?

We ship where hemp-derived THC is legal. The site will let you know if we can’t ship to your ZIP. 

Do I have to subscribe? What if I don't like it?

Nope (though you will want to!). Try a single pack or subscribe for the extra perks. Love it or not, we’ll make it right.

Why can’t I use Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay / Amazon Pay?

We get it — tap-to-pay is the dream.

But, because Hi-Snaps is a 21+ product, we’re required to use a more secure checkout system that verifies your age and identity. That means we can’t accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Amazon Pay (for now!). Instead, you’ll just type in your card info directly on our site — old-school, but secure. We pinky promise we’re working on adding smoother checkout options in the future. ✨

My payment wont go through — help?!

If you get a message saying your order couldn’t be completed, the most common reason is a tiny typo in the card info. It happens to literally all of us (especially during excited late-night shopping).

Before trying again, double-check these three things:

• Zip Code matches your current billing address.
• CVV is correct (3 digits on the back of your Visa/MC, 4 digits on the front of your Amex) is correct
• Card Number + Expiration Date are typed in exactly as shown.

Our payment processor is extra strict because we’re selling a 21+ product — even one digit can throw it off its game. And if you try too many times, your bank may block the charge because they think it’s fraud. Type it in slowly, take a deep breath, maybe take a Snap (jk ... unless), and you should be good to go.
